(2) Strictly inspect and repair mechanical parts, such as wire ropes, chains, hooks, rings and rollers, etc., and those that are scrapped should be replaced immediately.
(3) Establish and improve the maintenance, regular inspection, shift shift system and operating procedures.
(4) During operation, no one is allowed to go up and down, nor can it be inspected during operation. Use a special ladder to get on and off the crane.
(5) When hoisting objects, do not pass through the area with people and no people are allowed to stand on the objects: do not process the hanging objects.
(6) The hoisted items cannot stay in the air for a long time, and protective measures should be taken under special circumstances.
(7) When the crane driver takes over, the brakes, hooks, wire ropes and devices should be inspected. If abnormalities are found, the fault should be eliminated before operation.
