Cleanroom Crane Inspection Program and Site Inspection
Inspection of cleanroom cranes needs to be performed in a cleanroom environment. Before entering the clean room, it is necessary to pass through the personnel purification, material purification room and facilities, and change into dustproof clothing and dustproof boots. The inspection implementation process should also be adjusted accordingly.
1. Preparation before on-site inspection
1) Check the equipment. Before the inspection, the use plan of the instrument and equipment should be determined with the inspected unit. If the self-contained instrument is used, the purification plan of the instrument should be confirmed in advance. If the self-owned instrument is inconvenient to be brought into the clean room, the inspected unit should provide the corresponding available Instrumentation used in cleanrooms.
2) Protective equipment. If the self-contained protective equipment does not meet the requirements for entering the clean room, it also needs to be provided by the inspected unit.
3) Original records. Ordinary paper cannot be brought into the clean room, and the inspected unit should provide dust-free paper and pens used in the clean room.
4) Dustproof clothing. The inspected unit shall provide the inspectors with dust-proof clothing, dust-proof boots, masks, hoods and other dust-proof clothing.
5) Procedures related to entering the clean room. Since there are relatively many management requirements for clean rooms, inspectors should contact the inspected unit in advance to complete the relevant procedures.
2. On-site inspection implementation
The inspector shall inspect the technical data, operating environment and appearance, metal structure, main components, safety protection and protective devices, electrical, performance test, etc. According to the characteristics of cleanroom cranes, some precautions should be pointed out.
2.1 Working environment and appearance
Since the clean room crane is usually an electric hoist bridge crane without a driver's cab, limited by the construction requirements of the clean room, there is usually no ladder leading to the crane track. The inspection of the track requires the inspected unit to provide the work platform used in the clean room and other maintenance. equipment.
2.2 Metal structure inspection
Like the inspection of the guide rail, the inspection of the main beam often requires equipment such as a work platform.
2.3 Inspection of main components
1) Hook
The common one is stainless steel detachable hook, and the inspected unit should install the hook for inspection.
2) Lifting rope
Generally, ordinary steel wire ropes are not used, and loop chains or fiber ropes are used, which should be determined according to the scrapping basis provided by the manufacturer. For equipment with dust covers, the inspected unit should make preparations in advance to facilitate inspection by inspectors.
2.4 Safety protection device
1) Brake
The walking mechanism and hoisting mechanism of the clean room crane are all fully enclosed three-in-one brakes, and the user is responsible for inspection, maintenance and replacement, and the brake parts are not inspected during inspection.
2) Travel limit and anti-collision device
Clean room cranes use non-contact limit switches, generally photoelectric switches, and test these items by means of running tests.
3) Track sweeper
Clean room cranes generally use nylon wheels and stainless steel rails, which are usually suspended structures and are designed without track cleaners. Since there is basically no track accumulation in the clean room, this item can generally not be inspected.
4) Sliding contact line protection
Clean room cranes use seamless safety trolley lines for power supply, and are generally suspended structures without special protective devices for trolley lines.
2.5 Cab
Clean room cranes are generally electric hoist bridge cranes operated by ground remote control. Usually, there is no driver's cab, so the inspection of cab-related items is not required.
3. Testing instruments and testing data.
If the data test is carried out using the inspection equipment provided by the inspected unit, it must be ensured that it is within the validity period of measurement.
4. Inspection results and data records.
Since the original records and comments cannot be brought into the clean room, the inspection results and test data should be recorded on clean paper. After leaving the clean room, transcribe the test results and test data on the original record, and fill in the "Notice of Inspection Opinion" to the inspected unit.
