1. Raw material inspection:
- We carefully inspect and verify the quality of raw materials, such as steel, motors, electrical components, and wire ropes, to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
For example, upon arrival, all steel will be inspected for material, size, and thickness. Ultrasonic thickness detection will be used to measure the thickness of the steel. The inspection team will issue a material report. If the QC group finds the crane steel to be unqualified, it cannot be placed in storage. Return notice issued by the inspection engineer directly to purchasing department. In addition, SEW, Schneider, Siemens electric component are available for customized cranes.
2. Manufacturing process control:
- Our manufacturing process is subject to strict control measures that guarantee consistent quality. These measures involve monitoring welding procedures, machining accuracy, and assembly techniques. To ensure the quality of the joint panel welding seam, we adhere strictly to the drawings and crane process standard, with the web plate fillet weld being monitored closely.
3. Testing and certification:
- After production, all our cranes undergo rigorous testing to validate their performance and safety. This includes load testing, functionality testing, and electrical safety testing. We also ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications. Like CE certified 100kg jib crane with Semi S2 certification for semiconductor industry. And our factory can do third party inspection under user's requirement by SGS, TUV or BV international inspection organization.
4. Documentation and traceability:
- We maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the crane production process, including material certificates, inspection records, and test reports, allowing for traceability and quality assurance.
