Composition structure
● Column: It is the support structure of the swivel arm crane and is responsible for fixing and supporting the swivel arm. The upper and lower supports of the column are composed of single row tapered roller bearings that bear radial force and axial force to ensure the stable operation of the rotating arm.
● Slewing arm: It is the main structure of the slewing arm crane. It is usually welded by a combination of I-beam and support. An electric chain hoist and an electric trolley are installed on the rotating arm for lifting operations. The reducer drives the roller to realize the electric rotation of the cantilever.
● Support arm and reducer: The support arm supports the rotating arm and increases the bending resistance and strength of the rotating arm. The reducer is used to transmit power and drive the rotating arm to rotate.
● Electric chain hoist: It is a lifting device for electric rotating jib crane. Through the lifting mechanism of the electric hoist, the lifting object can be raised and lowered. The electric hoist is composed of a motor, a gear device and a chain. The motor provides power and drives the chain up and down through the gear device.
● Electrical part: including control system, power supply system, etc., used to control the operation of the jib crane and provide power support. The electrical part uses a C-rail plus flat cable power supply system, and is operated with low-voltage inter-controlled safety voltage to ensure safe operation.
