Storage:
Correctly store the straps, in good conditions, and instructions for use.

▪ Ensure that the load turner is stored with no loads attached.
▪ Store with the pulleys symmetrically positioned as close as possible to the load turner body to avoid imbalance.
Maintenance:
Maintenance inspections and operations must be performed by qualified persons and specialists.
▪ Any deformed equipment must be immediately withdrawn from use.
▪ Specially check conditions of straps. In case of wearing out of the straps, you must imperatively contact KUNFENG CRANES so that it provides exactly the same straps according to recommendations.
▪ Regularly check the equipment is in perfect working order.
▪ Check the functioning of the material and visually inspect the straps before any use.
▪ Any part with a defect must be replaced by a KUNFENG CRANES part.
▪ The gear motor should be drained every 4 years.
▪ Grease the bronze rings at least once a year or more depending on how frequently the turner is used.
The grease nipples are located beneath the main body under the external ring supporting the tube. Multipurpose grease should be used.
